The check frequency states how often we check the monitor. The frequency options range from 3 minutes for free plans to 1 minute for paid plans.
To change the monitor's check frequency, go to Monitors → Select a monitor → Configure → Advanced settings and select it from the dropdown menu.
This option is available in Uptime Monitor, DNS Monitor, Keyword Monitor, API Monitor, Ping Monitor, TCP/UDP Port Monitor and HTTP Status Code Monitor.
