Simple guide to pausing an integration service
You can choose to pause any integration service. Visit the Services page, select an integration service and click pause.

Once the integration is Paused, no new incidents will be created
Yes. Once you Pause any integration (ex: AWS) and then when you resume then the webhook will be same as the paused one.
No. In fact, the existing incidents will show you that you have paused this service integration.
Just select the service and select resume option.
