After you've configured your mobile device as a receiver, you also need to include push notifications in your monitor's settings.
You can do that by going to the monitor's configuration -> On-call escalation -> When there's a new incident -> Push notification.
Using the Advanced escalation policies? You can also configure the Urgencies to further specify how to use the notification channels.
